What's your guys favorite book?
I have recently started reading Romans more and more lately. But I like Psalms more and more. It's so encouraging to me, but oddly enough my favorite chapter is in proverbs lol!!! I think the more I read Romans though I might grow a favoritism to it....

Usually whatever I'm reading which is James at the moment. Want to be put in your place? Read it!
Outside the bible, I'm reading Four Blood Moons - John Hagee Just started last night so I can't give an opinion, but John Hagee is awesome so I'm sure this is going to be a great learning experience.

Ecclesiastes. Always loved that book.
Outside of the Bible, 'God in the Dock' or 'Letters to Malcolm Chiefly on Prayer' both by C.S. Lewis.

One of my Favorite books outside of the Bible is "Love Wins".
Very interesting read that makes you think about what you believe and why.

I'm sure you've heard it before, but you need to be careful with Rob Bell and his teachings. Personally, I'd stay away from them, but at the very least it needs to be tested against the Authority of Scripture.

I have heard that from many people, most of whom have never read any of his books but somehow know they are evil lol
There is nothing dangerous about what he says, he is honest about his questions and doubts and talks openly about what he wrestles with mentally and spiritually.
If we are not willing to think about and even question what we believe and why then how strong can our faith really be?
I would recommended "Love Wins" be a book that everyone reads and makes their own decisions about what it really says.
In fact if anyone wants to read it just let me know, ill buy you a copy and ship it to you

Psalms!! I'm a musician ^.^ so apparently that's typical. However, Romans is definitely a close second.

I'd have to go with Proverbs myself.
Outside of the Bible, it's "Where the Red Ferns Grows," by Wilson Rawls.

It's a tie between Romans and Proverbs for me. I quote Romans more often, but Proverbs has so many pithy one-liners that make you think about every day living.
My favorite fiction is the Circle Trilogy by Ted Dekker. I read through it before the other 9-10 books in the series existed and I feel that Black, Red, and White really stand well just as the three of them.
